Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

The Escape

Staycation to visit Nottingham? Travelling for business or a tradesmen? You or your family/friends and pet or work colleagues will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located "The Escape" just 2.6 miles to central Nottingham, with very good roads, bus or uber links into town. Modern and comfy house with a big TV and decent sized garden. Very frequently commented on how comfy the house and beds are. We can set up the beds to link the 4 x single beds into 2 super king size beds.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Mapperley, with it's wide-range of cafes, bars, restaurants and real-ale pubs, this delightful self-contained and completely private annex is the perfect getaway for visitors to Nottingham. Situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, there are shops, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists and launderettes within walking distance. Bus services run into the city centre every few minutes. A five-minute drive takes you to the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire.
