This is an upstairs flat although just one flight of stairs **the breakfast.. This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and 5 mins from the train station. 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a narrow pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.
