Full kitchen - new electric range, new refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, cookware, dishes, etc. Queen bed & 10" memory foam mattress, two 5 1/2 foot couches. WiFi :up to 250/15mbps down/upload. No TV. No Pets.
