Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Tranquillo, luminoso, immerso nel verde, con una splendida vista sulla campagna. Costruito con i criteri della bioedilizia, si trova in collina, a 500m di altitudine e a 15 min d'auto da Pistoia. Dal cottage si arriva a piedi anche ad una bella piscina pubblica e alla stazione. Il paese di Castagno si raggiunge anche in treno! Al vostro arrivo troverete alcuni prodotti della nostra fattoria, oltre a caffè , latte, yogurt e pane fresco. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv.

La posizione riservata della struttura è adatta a coloro che vogliono godere del silenzio dei boschi. Allo stesso tempo è il luogo ideale per chi desidera rigenerarsi con attività all'aperto, come andare in bicicletta o fare escursioni a piedi tra sentieri panoramici e natura incontaminata.

Lovely cottage in the park of a Renaissance Villa

Classica casa colonica di due piani totalmente indipendente inserita nel parco di una villa lucchese del '500, villa Galliani. La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata e ha a disposizione un parcheggio con un giardino privato. Si trova nella zona della ville lucchesi, tra i vigneti con le uve per la produzione del vino Doc delle Colline Lucchesi e gli oliveti da cui si ricava l'olio extravergine d'oliva Dop di Lucca.

Un romantico rifugio in Toscana!

A romantic country house, deep in the green Toscana hills, few kilometres from Lucca. A fresh organic breakfast tasted in a wide, quiet, private garden, while enjoying the scenery of the Pizzorne mountain woods. Feeling the warm typical Toscana “cotto” tiles inside, preparing a “fiorentina” steak in the barbecue outside and relaxing on the beach chairs after a solar shower and swimming in the wide pool.

Our small cottage is located about 1 km from the town center of Tereglio, a small village in the Lucca mountains. The cottage is located under the main road and is surrounded by nature and is accessible with a few steps walking down the road . The cottage has a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom but has a beautiful and huge garden where you can eat, all accompanied by a swimming pool with panoramic views.

Borgometato - Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.

Sembra di essere in una piccola oasi incantata dove tutte le comodita' e tutti gli angoli sono perfettamente studiati e curati per rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole.
