Our little cottage is centrally-located. It is nussled back in a quiet location but close enough to the heart of Boise. Although you are secluded to your own private space there are others staying on the other side of the home so you may hear noises. Enjoy the convinence of your private patio and entrance way, public park nearby, close parking spot and a low cost uber ride to the airport. Whether you are passing by or planning to stay this is a convinent place to rest if you want to enjoy Boise.

Experience a sustainable permaculture urban organic orchard built in 2010 on an acre of land just 2 miles from downtown and BSU and one block from a major bike path. Several quail families enjoy this little “resort” that you are sure to love exploring! A six foot chain link fence prevents younger children from getting out and keep bird predators out. Home is bright, cheery with 80% of the heating and cooling met with the house design. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.

Studio Apartment attached to the little main house with 270 acres of public land as the backyard. Off leash hiking with developed trails and amazing views of Boise and the mountains. Eclectic decor that makes you feel right at home with an outside private sitting area. Uber or Lyft will only cost you a few dollars to safely get downtown for the breweries and amazing restaurants. April and Gary live in the main house and help host the airbnb.

Jefferson Street Cottage West Downtown Boise

The Jefferson Street Cottage is the sister property to 26th Street Studio. This 1940’s cottage is situated down tree lined streets a mile from the Boise Capital building. Enjoy peace and quiet in this two bed, one bath historic home. The master bedroom contains a comfortable king bed while the second room has a full. The full sized kitchen allows you to stay in and cook if you desire or take a short walk to many local restaurants.
