Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Harmony Family house

It is a renovated mansion located in the seaside village of Kerames of the Municipality of Agios Vassiliou Rethymno, at a distance of 34 km from Rethymno and 4 km from the southern blue beaches. The property has 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, with TVs throughout, the kitchen has an oven, hob and fridge. The bathroom has hot water, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Ο χώρος μου βρισκεται στην ακρη των Ακουμιων,στο νοτιο Ρεθυμνο.Ειναι μια πετροχτιστη διπλοκατοικια με πανοραμικη θεα στον Κεδρο,τη κοιλαδα και τα χωρια του.Ο πανω και ο κατω χωρος επικοινωνουν με εσωτερικη σκαλα αλλα και αυτονομουνται απολυτα με το δικο τους μπανιο,κουζινα και ξεχωριστη εισοδο εχοντας προσβαση στο κηπο τη βεραντα και το παρκινγκ.
