Enjoy a stylish experience. Two-room suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and a full private bath. Accommodates up to 4 adults. There is a private entrance to the suite. King bed, walk-in closet, and a dresser, side tables, ceiling fan w/ light, and a air filtration system. Sitting room has a queen Murphy bed, coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes, utensils. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style w/ 2 vanities and standing shower.

This cozy home is centrally located in a safe, peaceful, quiet neighborhood with its own private entrance, balcony & living space. Great spot to get away and relax in the jetted tub or on the deck. Great location if you are working here, visiting, or passing through Albuquerque. It is 2 minutes to I-40, and only 15 minutes on average anywhere in Albuquerque. Shopping, restaurants, medical, golf coarse.

Our cozy house is located in a very centralized area of Albuquerque which has a variety of possibilities, like coffee shops, pubs, malls, restaurants, hospitals, wellness centers, and beautiful parks. Your 2 story completely private wing with separate entrance includes 2 bedrooms and full bath downstairs. Upstairs is a large open room with fireplace, sofa bed and large deck with views of ABQ below. A sound proof wall separates the private guest suite from the main house with safe parking inside the fenced property.
