The neighborhood is above Alki Beach where Seattle was founded. The daylight basement space is private with a separate entrance, laundry room, bathroom, bedroom and huge living area. There's no kitchen, but we've included a coffee maker, tea kettle, coffee, tea, microwave, fridge, and a set of dishes for your stay. We use the garage, adjacent to your space, and it's behind a locked door.

Studio is ground level suite with its own separate entrance, which is on opposite side of owners entrance. Located in a steep, hill area-manageable, but challenging for some. Free street parking on back & side of the house.
