-We invite you to come be a happy "Glamper" and have a unique farm experience. The Glamper has everything you will need. It is located near our barns and play area, has a stunning view of the valley. -5 minutes from Lime Lake, 20 minutes from Ellicottville, 45 minutes from Buffalo, and 65 minutes from Niagara Falls. -Outdoor area includes a picnic table, small grill, and a fire pit. In-law suite in quiet upscale neighborhood. I call it Cima Palazzo or Mansion on the Hill. Italian decor. Access to a hot tub and backyard pool. My wife and I live in the main house. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (which is accessible by going through master bedroom), a full kitchen with modern appliances and a living area. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a beautiful skylight. Access to a laundry room that is shared with the owner.
