Completely renovated one-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Goosetown. Just minutes from downtown Iowa City and the University of Iowa. North Dodge Ace Hardware and the NODO Cafe are a short block and a half away. The Kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer available on site.
