Little Ashbrook is a newly renovated annex adjacent to our main home, on the edge of the pretty Hampshire village of Abbotts Ann. Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

Unique Grade II converted barn

Formerly stables to the village farm, Little Cob is a 300 year old listed barn, uniquely converted to combine country cottage features with an industrial touch. Open plan living links the cosy living room, complete with TV & WiFi to a kitchen and shower room, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The first floor comprises of a mezzanine bedroom with a comfortable double bed and view onto the garden. Outside you will find a secluded garden and private parking space.

Relax with the whole family (sleeps 6) at this peaceful place to stay in the charming Hampshire village of Upper Clatford. Secluded garden with outdoor dining area. Parking for 2 cars. On the ground floor is a kitchen, with gadgets for enthusiastic cooks, including a nespresso coffee machine. The spacious, triple aspect living/dining area has a log burner for cosy winter evenings, a private study, separate utility room and WC. Upstairs are 3 bright bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

This stunning country cottage is located in the heart of the Test Valley with its own patio and garden looking out to the fields behind. It is nestled in a lovely rural setting, with beautiful walks from the house, pubs and village amenities within walking distance. The cottage has luxury fittings, a wood burner and provides a haven for couples whatever age to getaway in an idyllic part of rural England. We are happy to host one well behaved pet.

Detached, comfortable and self-contained annex for one person or a couple, in quiet surroundings with parking. Light, modern and airy. Easy reach of historic and natural beauty. Andover station 1.5 miles, London 1hr by train. Easy access A303/M3. I use this as a workspace and spare space for family when they visit, but also rent it out on Airbnb from time to time.
