This cozy cabin escape is perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking a secluded, safe, and affordable place to unwind. Designed for comfort, the space includes a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a functional wet bar equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. While it doesn’t offer a living room or kitchen, the retreat provides everything you need for a comfortable stay including fiber optic internet and WiFi. Pets are allowed but limited to one (1) under 35 lbs.

Our home is 5 minutes away from McMurry University and 10- 15 minute drive to ACU, and Hardin-Simmons University. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire home including both bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, and back patio. Self checkin with smartlock.

Just minutes from downtown, the SoDA District, The Mill, bars and nightlife, all three universities and Dyess AFB. Our Historic Sayles Loft is perfectly located for one night, a weekend, or more! It’s a tiny space, so two guests is the limit!

Our little unique bungalow is a smaller home located on Sayles Blvd. Right across the street from McMurry University, and under 10 min drive to most areas. We are on a busy road there will be road noise. We do have sound machines available. We do NOT allow pets. Parking available for NO More than 3 vehicles NO parking on the grass. Please note our parking can NOT accommodate big trailers or several large vehicles. Our home is on a busy street with VERY limited parking.

Very simple, but beautiful and comfortable place to stay. You will be staying in one apartment of a duplex. Only 7 minutes away from downtown Abilene (by car), where you can find amazing cafes (Front Porch Cafe, Monk's cafe), and restaurants (Vagabond Pizza, The Local). House is located to close to Sayles Boulevard and Butternut street, which makes it a breeze to get around. There is also an air mattress that you can use for the 5th and 6th person. Thank you!!
