Situated in the heart of Caseville. Known for its Cheeseburger festival and beautiful beaches. As noted in some reviews, occasionally WiFi can be spotty.

The cabin has NO ELECTRICITY OR RUNNING WATER but solar lighting illuminates nicely and there are convenient private showers available offsite. Potable water provided.

She is only a 5 minute walk to Philp Park where you can enjoy a gorgeous sandy bottom beach. There is a screened in front porch to enjoy your peaceful surroundings. In the back there is a fire pit and deck. You will have all the essentials to enjoy your stay which includes beach toys, a roller cooler, and a supply wagon for beach trips.

The Little Oak Cottage

Welcome to The Little Oak Cottage! There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two sets of twin bunk beds. There is one bathroom, with shower (no tub) **We ask you bring your own bedding/pillows and bath towels. We are a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach on Lake Huron. Fire pit, hammock, deck area. Explore the area! We are 20 min drive to Tawas City, golf courses and plenty of areas to fish. We are pet friendly but do ask you clean up after your pets!

Downtown Getaway

The condo has 3 bedrooms; 2 of the bedrooms have private doors to our lovely wrap-around porch, and the 3rd bedroom is a large bunk house with 4 twin bunk beds and a lounge area. There are two full bathrooms. We have reliable WiFi. Prep every meal in our quaint kitchen, equipped with stove top, convection toaster oven, toaster and coffee maker. Note, we do not have a formal oven (just the air fryer, which has an oven setting and works for just about everything!)
