The Hepburn House, a charming one bedroom several blocks from Lee, is a short walk to the Greenway, coffee, bakery, and shops. 20 minutes from the Ocoee River, you're near Class IV whitewater for rafting, hiking, beautiful gorge drives and more! The HH is uniquely decorated for comfort and warmth. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all that you need should you forego dining at the best local restaurants less than 1 mile away.

Little House On The Quarry

One of the earths truly unique places! Enjoy an experience with the ultra clear blue water of the quarry with fish, high rock cliffs, a raft, and a pedal boat. The cabin is a true log home built for guests to LOVE. Relax on the covered porch with hot tub, rocking chairs, and amazing water views. Entertain yourselves with the arcade, satellite TV, WiFi, Rokus, and backyard games. Fire pit and park style grill are also in the backyard. Fire wood and coffee are provided. Pet friendly. Enjoy!

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

Quiet Creekside Home in the Country

Reconnect with nature while you relax with your whole family at this peaceful Creekside home. This house is located on the Sewee Creek, and a ¼ mile to Chickamauga Lake. Bring your boat, fishing rods, kayaks for fun on the water with a boat ramp located just around the corner. A small dock on property great for fishing or just relaxing. The house has a large yard with a firepit to enjoy evenings outdoors or enjoy the sunset. There is New WIFI TV available please bring your DVD’s.

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

The house is just 2 miles away from the interstate, restaurant, movie theater & shopping. Off of the main road in a quiet older subdivision. Great stop over if traveling I-75. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.
