Welcome to our hip studio apartment located on the first floor of our beach bungalow in beautiful Long Beach by the sea. In just a few steps to the ocean, you can enjoy complimentary beach passes (required from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The studio has a private entrance. It is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, couch and smart TV (with Netflix), kitchen, bathroom, and dining table. The neighborhood is residential. Close to restaurants, grocery store and boardwalk! Off street parking available.

The apartment is situated just 2 blocks from the Long Island Rail Road, 4 blocks from the beach, and is located on the upper floor of a historic 1920s Mediterranean style home. During beach season, two beach passes are provided to guests to enjoy Long Beach. Swim, surf, or just enjoy 2.2 miles of boardwalk. Walk to Starbucks, Stop & Shop, dozens of restaurants and bars, a Saturday farmer's market, and much more.

Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".
