This hidden place in the middle of the local forests is your perfect retreat: protected from prying eyes, you can relax on the sunny mountain meadow in summer, in the Finnish sauna in winter and in the private outdoor whirlpool all year round. The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

The single house that you and your loved ones can enjoy all to yourself is located in a very private location at 1,300 m. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a cozy living area with 2 sofa beds, our accommodation offers a large terrace and a private lawn with a view of the Dolomites. The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.

Chalet De Ultimis is set amidst the peaceful mountain meadows and traditional farms of the Ultental in St. Pankraz (San Pancrazio), South Tyrol. The rustic-modern holiday home features an open-plan kitchen with cooking island, a dining area with panoramic views, a cosy seating area with wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest WC, offering space for six guests.
