Studio sized cottage in historic W Hendersonville with a firefly theme, one block to the Ecusta Trail. Separate but next to my house (no shared walls). Consists of a large bedroom & a bathroom with a tub/shower. Inside the bedroom is a "kitchenette" area with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven & keurig. There's also a love seat to relax and watch tv. The queen bed has a comfy medium firm mattress and nice cotton linens. Lovely private backyard w/ grill. See more info in photo captions.

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. I've taken my two end bedrooms (450sq feet) and turned the space into an efficiency apartment with a cottage feel. The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.
