This two story, one bedroom unit is complete with a comfortable king size bed and full size pull-out bed in the open living space. Bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and coffee maker included). Cottage is connected to WiFi and features a smart TV with Netflix and Xfinity X1 cable. Unit is heated with electric hydronic concrete floors. Our home is located on the property and shares an outside space along with our St. Bernard, Churchill. We are always available to help our guests with anything they may need. If privacy is what you are looking for we know how to make ourselves scarce. This quiet residential area of northwest Seattle is 15 minutes' walk from the lively streets of downtown Ballard.
