The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

My place is close to Public transport, 3 miles to the city centre, parks, and art and culture, close links to m1 motorway, east midlands airport 20 mins drive from property, Birmingham International airport 45 mins . This is a two bed bungalow with one double and one twin room. There is plenty of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, business travellers/commuters and families (with kids). a fully equipped travel cot is available if needed, complete with bed linen.

Furnished loft apartment which is open plan. The access to the apartment is through the single door which leads into the hallway. There is one designated secure car parking space for your use, which is to the right hand side of the property door. If you require more parking please let me know..
