The home is located in a quiet, friendly suburban neighborhood that is close to both Short Pump and downtown Richmond. Just 20 minutes away from downtown Richmond and an even closer 10 minutes to Short Pump, both packed with restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Wooded area behind the home has a hiking path to the Echo Lake Park for nature lovers.

River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Apartment for 4 close to Ashland, RIR & The Meadow

This is a townhouse apartment located almost directly across the road from the historic Hanover Courthouse, and just a short walk from the historic Hanover Tavern. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, and one bathroom, all upstairs. Parking is free and directly in front of the apartment. There is one Smart TV with DISH network, Netflix, and Peacock streaming. WiFi is also included. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee pot. No smoking or vaping is allowed

Escape to The Bohive off I-95, a charming 1200 sq ft studio, conveniently located just off the interstate & minutes from downtown. On a private “nature reserve”, this is the perfect place to unwind & recharge. Inside, you'll find a comfortable king bed & kitchenette (no stove). The cozy living area has a smart TV, great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Enjoy coffee on the private deck or immerse yourself in nature before heading out. Great spot for road trippers! The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

The Home Stretch

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

Quiet, natural surroundings with woods to explore and seasonal vegetables and eggs available for purchase. Local attractions include Meadow Event Park, Kings Dominion, AP Hill. Close to MCDean and Carmel Church Industrial area.

In Short Pump, close to restaurants, shopping, and highway 64, 288, and 295 (5 minute drive; not walking distance). Large fenced yard and pet friendly (See Other Details to Note for important information). Pet fees are per pet.

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.
