Tiny, cosy cottage: 3 mile beach on the doorstep

South Devon is really a beautiful area and Sunnyview has an amazing position in the coastal village of Torcross, sitting within an AONB. 3 miles of beach on your doorstep and the SW Coast Path running behind the garden, there is so much to explore in this magnificent area. It's one of cosiest cottages in the country, more akin to a boat, with some clever design features to make creative use of the space. The views are magnificent and it's definitely one of those special boltholes to discover!

A beautiful historic house renovated with cool retro decor, super-fast WiFi, hardwired TV with Netflix in a cosy sitting room. As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. Well equipped 'eat in' kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with fresh linen and towels.

A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. The suite is located on the lower ground floor of a Victorian house on Fore Street, the main shopping street in Kingsbridge. The cafes, deli, fishmonger, baker and much more are just a couple of minute's walk away. The beaches of Salcombe, Bantham and Thurlestone are less than 15 mins drive away.

We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential.
