The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Set in 5 acres which includes the main residence of the owner. The accommodation is of modern open plan design, which includes a kitchenette/breakfast area, lounge, and bedroom area with en suite. As we are in the countryside there is no public transport, so a car is essential. EV charging is available (shared).

Located in an AONB of Dorset, we are surrounded by plenty of stunning countryside centrally located between the historic towns of Sherbourne and Dorchester, which is also only a short drive away from the Jurassic Coast.

Walk in the picturesque village of thirty six almost identical thatched cottages with a wooded valley on the doorstep with St James' Church, Milton Abbey and St Catherine's Chapel. Modern electrics, heating and hot water provide comfort and ease within this traditional period thatch cottage.
