This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access. Our 3 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath renovated guesthouse, originally built around 1900, sits on an acre on the edge of Circled Bar Ranch, 4 miles west of the city of Bowie. Spacious, inviting interior combines modern comfort with a touch of ranching family heritage. The Patterson House, a historical 2 bedroom home

Built in 1906, this fully renovated 1500 sq ft family home owned by the same family for over 100 years. It has easy access to US Hwy 287 and is located across the street from the city park. Two queen beds and the couch folds out to sleep additional guests and there is spacious parking. Washer/Dryer available. Enjoy all the historical town and house photos displayed through the house. 36 miles from Wichita Falls, Texas and closer to neighboring cities

This one a kind Hobbit Treehouse is nestled high in the trees overlooking Bingham Creek in Forestburg, Texas. The unique features both inside and out will amaze you. Rest and relaxation are on the horizon during your stay. You will enjoy the outdoor living space for gathering with friends or family around the fire pit under the stars or around the table under the treehouse. For cooking outdoors, we offer a charcoal grill. Please bring your charcoal.
