Casa Melograno è un rustico in pietra ristrutturato con cura. Per arrivare alla casa c è una stretta strada in salita non adatta alle auto ribassate, dove i primi 5 metri sono per autisti esperti. La piscina dispone di terrazza e pergola in legno, sedie a sdraio, e ombrelloni. Completa il tutto un arredamento toscano con pareti in pietra travi in castagno e pavimenti in cotto.
