Cozy guest apartment with private entrance right in the heart of it all! 5 blocks from downtown, Momentary, & Crystal Bridges. 3 blocks to the new Walmart campus. Bike trail runs in front of the home and it is 5 blocks to Razorback Greenway bike trail. Guests have separate entrance from main house and dedicated parking spot. Super clean and many extra touches. Guest suite doesn’t have stove or oven, but has kitchen appliances such crockpot, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, coffee pot, etc.

Guests have 2 parking spots, and a private entrance to their suite. Features include: 1 KING BED, full kitchen, washer and dryer, living area with 2 twin beds, private deck with grill.
