It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.

Cute freshly renovated 2 bedroom 870 sq ft mobile home in the center of Sans Souci and 5 min drive from downtown Greenville with the best coffee shop in town right next door (Daydrinkers). City bikes included that you can ride to the Swamp Rabbit trail. Also next door to a bicycle shop that hosts several rides a week.
