Unwind and relax during your stay in our newly renovated 116-year-old cottage, while enjoying modern updated amenities of home. The cottage was updated for your pleasure while keeping unique touches of the original home. Unwind and grill on the back porch and enjoy the shade of the oak tree. This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. No large gatherings.

The cabin was built for guests and sits securely behind our family home overlooking the beautiful Ouachita River. This cozy cottage style home is located near Forsythe and Oliver in Monroe, making it near many restaurants, schools, etc. Close to the interstate and ULM. The space is pet friendly and we have two TVs with streaming and WiFi. Washer/dryer on site. Spread out in a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. All new appliances Jan 2023.
