Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage located where the Adirondack Park meets the Mohawk Valley. This is the ideal locale for relaxing. There are 44 lakes and streams for fishing, boating, kayaking, and swimming in the area. Adventure awaits you on local bicycle and hiking trails; There are an array of golf courses. In addition there are 181 snow mobile trails and historic sites such as Johnson Hall, Adirondack Animal Land, as well as local farmers markets and agritourism venue.

Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

This renovated New England-style colonial has beautifully landscaped grounds and butts up to the Mohawk River, providing privacy and views. Walking the property not only gives you a bit of exercise but allows you to take in the beautiful views and native foliage.

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
