This beautiful second floor unit was built in the 1930s and has old world Florida charm. It’s a 2 bedroom with one full bathroom and a half bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen. On cooler days sit out on the cozy front porch and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. 20 minutes from Tampa's airport and minutes from downtown. St. Petersburg. Consider booking the downstairs units if your dates are not available. Renting both units would sleep up to 10 people.

Welcome to enjoy your vacation in this lovely place. The condo is on the 4th floor which is the highest floor in this building. Luckily, you get the best view and less noise. You can have a commanding view of blue sea anytime you like. All facility is new. We could prepare cooking utensil if you want to cook. If you want to have a peaceful, relaxing place to stay, this is definitely the first choice for you. We'll provide a new TV and wonderful bedding as it didn't show in the pictures.
