The cabin is cosy & has all you need for a comfortable get away. There is no wifi or power but battery packs are provided & can be charged at the house during the day. A camping gas hob is provided along with a bbq & fire pit. There is no heating but it is well insulated & there are blankets and hot water bottles provided.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Enjoy sitting in the Garden with the birds and wildlife. The cottage has a homely feel with a fully fitted kitchen. Bathroom has a shower and bath. Bedroom has a double size bed and tv. Open plan kitchen with dining table and chairs. Smart Tv with Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available if required upon request.

The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.
