The compact, kitchen is well-stocked, with a convection/microwave, two-burner range, compact fridge, & water filter. The studio shares a soundproofed wall with the main house, but has a private entrance and fenced outdoor space complete with grill.

This entire space has been completely renovated, keeping its original charm and character.

Thoughtfully decorated with local art, functional furniture, a cozy queen posturepedic bed, and all of the essentials to book with confidence!

The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

Phillippi Place

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

You can bike or walk to downtown Boise or historic Hyde Park with easy access to coffee, restaurants, shopping, parks, foothills and a major medical center. We have two bikes, ready for you, with locks, and helmets. The apartment is located in a historic district with canopy tree lined streets and historic homes. We live above the apartment, you will hear footsteps and other sounds of living.
