This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) attached to our house with separate entrance. Complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. The Jefferson Street Cottage is the sister property to 26th Street Studio. This 1940’s cottage is situated down tree lined streets a mile from the Boise Capital building. Enjoy peace and quiet in this two bed, one bath historic home. The master bedroom contains a comfortable king bed while the second room has a full. The full sized kitchen allows you to stay in and cook if you desire or take a short walk to many local restaurants.

Beautiful, one bedroom carriage house upstairs apartment in a quiet historic neighborhood in downtown Nampa. Very close to NNU, shopping, and restaurants.
