Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

Start your day right with the Keurig coffee maker, allowing you to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee whenever you desire. With a separate entrance, you’ll have the privacy you need to fully enjoy your stay. We’re excited to welcome you to our guest house. Note there are stairs to get to the unit.

This large, completely private suite is the full lower level of our house, with it's own separate entrance. Enjoy the private bedroom with king-sized bed and full bathroom with shower. The very large living space has a pull-out full-sized sofa bed and we can provide air beds on request (i.e. for children). There's a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge for your convenience. Hot tub in shared backyard available with advance request at no extra charge!

The location is very quiet with an on-site hiking trail through majestic evergreen trees. We are within a mile of shopping and dining facilities. We are within a half hour drive of Seattle and Everett, Washington.
