The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.

This is a spacious basement apartment with its own private entrance. It has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and 4 Twin XL's on bunks) and 2 bathrooms (full and 3/4). Full kitchen and laundry included. We have 3 kids upstairs. We do what we can to limit the noise but kids can be loud. We provide toilet paper and soap for 30 days; longer stays will provide their own. Max occupancy is 8 regardless of age. We grow watermelons instead of grass in the front yard for funzies.
