Finnish Sauna Timber Cottage

This cosy Finnish Sauna cottage was lovingly imported and built in 2007. On the first level is a fully equipped kitchen /dining and a cozy loungeroom with a stone fireplace at its heart. Off the lounge is the spacious bathroom and walk through to the wood-fire sauna. Upstairs is a mezzanine which has 2 areas separate by a curtain. There is a master bedroom with a double bed, hanging space and drawers. On the other side of the curtain is a bedroom nook with 2 single beds. Outside - 2 verandas.

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. Surrounded by rolling hills and trees it is peaceful and quiet, with a quick 5 minute drive to Casterton. The Sandford church is around 150 years old and has been lovingly and tastefully restored and renovated for overnight accommodation. Featuring a full kitchen, wood burning fire, and beautiful bathroom with a claw foot tub to relax and unwind. Wifi is available, making this the perfect place to Netflix chill.

This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

Built c 1854 as a coaching station, an addition was built in c1876 - this section is now available for guests. The apartment sleeps up to 4 adults with a queen sized bed in a separate bedroom, as well as a very comfortable queen sized sofa bed in the huge lounge area. There is a fully equipped kitchen also full separate laundry. There is an electric 'log fire' heater as well as split systems in both the lounge and bedroom. Free wifi and built-in USB charger.

On the edge of Rocklands Reservoir, 4 bedroom home

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.
