Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine voll ausgestattete moderne Küche, Wohnzimmer, sowie einen möblierten 14 m² Balkon vor. Ein kostenloser Autoabstellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Whirlpool ist 365Tage im Jahr beheizt und steht den Gästen zur freien Benutzung. Das Haus steht in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und eignet sich daher hervorragend zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Es liegt in der Tourismusregion Inn-Salzach. Die Städte Salzburg und München liegen innerhalb einer Fahrstunde.
