We have a range of local shops only 10 minutes walk away. There is also a local pub within walking distance and many other lovely places to eat and shops in the historical town of Wimborne only 1 and a half miles away. There are many pretty local walks too. We are on a bus route with regular services to Bournemouth, Poole and Wimborne.

From exploring National Trust properties of castles & Brownsea Island to paddle boarding along Poole Harbour & exploring the famous South West coast path. Golf courses in the day to cheese & wine restaurants in the evening. 40min drive to the beautiful Jurassic coast of old harry rocks or Durdle door and under 30min bike ride to sandbanks beach. Poole ferry port is only 15min drive away..

Peaceful detached bungalow in rural idyll

Fripps Cottage is a two bedroom bungalow located in the countryside about one mile from the historic market town of Wimborne Minster. The cottage is warm and welcoming with its own garden and there is an enchanting variety of local wildlife which includes rabbits, deer and buzzards overhead. There is private parking for up to three cars and a lockable shed should guests bring bicycles. Pets are welcome by prior agreement (£30/dog payable in cash to host on arrival). Please enquire!

The Studio, Poole (Detatched with private garden)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for your stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private Garden. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.

The Den - double studio with ensuite

Detached, double ensuite studio. Situated in the garden of an Edwardian house in Canford Magna, on the outskirts of the historic town of Wimborne Minster. The studio has recently been refurbished with a double bed, ensuite shower, smart TV, wi-fi, tea/coffee making facilities and mini fridge. Wimborne is only a 30-minute walk along the scenic River Stour, where you will find unique shops, pubs and restaurants. Award-winning beaches, including Sandbanks, are an 8-mile drive away.

The Studio Annexe

The Studio Annexe is a completely self-contained, compact and functional space that has everything needed for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Located in the heart of Dorset, the Studio is perfect for exploring many places of interest. It is 15 minutes drive to Poole Quay with its many bars and restaurants and 20 minutes to Sandbanks and the ferry to Studland and beautiful sandy beaches. Also, a 15 minute walk will take you to all the local restaurants, cafes, bars & shops.
