In addition to 2 bedrooms, the House benefits from a lounge, conservatory style-dining room and separate TV room. The House is ideally located a 5-minute walk from both Brodick village and the popular Auchrannie Spa. On site parking is available and upto 2 pets are welcome. An external security camera monitors the driveway. However, it is only operational when the property is vacant.

We are nestled within the hill side of Lochranza up a rough private track. there are many walks from Laggan walk further up the track or fairy dell on the sea coast.

The accomodation is ideal for two people; there is an open plan living/kitchen area with a separate double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. The flat is on the first floor, with fairly steep stairs, and has its own separate entrance. There is some limited headroom on one side of the bedroom due to the eaves. On site parking is available.

Wee Keppoch is a recently renovated back Cottage set in the grounds of a 1930’s bungalow and has lovely views over Brodick Bay. It has been renovated to a high standard and has everything you will need for your stay. It is located 5 mins walk from the ferry and 3 mins from Brodick CoOp!
