Barn Loft at Seymour Station

This is 1 of 2 units in our B&B, located on the second floor of a converted carriage house/ barn adjacent to our family's home. This provides all of our guests with plenty of privacy. The kitchen is ready to cook with a stove, microwave, dishes, and more. There is an outdoor grill available, charcoal is not provided. The Pool is available for swimming June-August, 12pm-8pm, weather permitting. A self serve cold breakfast is provided. Cleaning fees are reimbursable! See additional details below.

Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Pleasant space for your comfort while you travel. This room has a queen size memory foam bed on the ground floor of the house. There are two other listings with different layouts to check out if you would prefer those accommodations. Guests have a separate entrance to the Airbnb space that includes a shared bathroom, and shared common room, with amenities. Coffee, bottled water and a portable breakfast is provided. We are centrally located between Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca.

A quiet country Bed and Breakfast get-away! With 70 Acres to wander, and less than 1/4 from 1314 Acres of State Land! Located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. A two bedroom suite that includes a hearty Continental Breakfast. Well mannered dogs welcome on a case by case basis, hunters are welcome! Due to the historic nature of the home and safety concerns, children under 10 years Old are not accepted as guests.

The Dinah Shore Suite at the Valley View Inn is located in the Carriage House which sits about 75 yards behind the Main House. There are 2 units in the building. The Dinah Shore features a separate living space and kitchenette in addition to a private bedroom and bath. The sofa pulls out to a double bed. Guests can sit on the deck and enjoy a beautiful view of the pond and Endwell Greens golf course.
