The home has a back deck attached to home & a second deck with a view of the Little Miami East Fork River. Within walking distance to coffee shops, banks, post office, restaurants, & the village community park.

Country setting house includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, 5 private bedrooms, a lower level dorm area with 12 bunk beds & kitchenette, washer and dryer. Detached shower house. There is a nice concrete patio and a large wooden deck with outdoor furniture and chairs. The house has three flat screen TV’s with a fire stick. Great internet WiFi. There is a 19 acre lake and a small pond for fishing. Parties and Events are Allowed.
