This cozy second-floor studio, designed by a local artist, is tucked away in a standalone Carriage House with a private entrance next to a whimsical mural by local artist Kayla Ek, and a lush New Orleans-inspired courtyard. Just steps from Troy’s best dining, art, nightlife, and wedding venues—and less than a block from the RPI approach—this gem is perfect for a romantic getaway, solo escape, or stylish stay while visiting the area.

Magic Forest Farm's Enchanted Cabin

After five years, this work of art is finally complete! This eco friendly building was mostly constructed with materials from our forest. Nearly 200 volunteers had a hand in helping over the years in its construction. It is built with cordwood masonry, round and unique. We are a working 225 acre organic farm and homestead that grows much of our own food. You will love our friendly animals, volunteers and miles of hiking trails. This is a off grid solar powered cabin with an outhouse nearby.

This second-floor apartment features beautiful marble fireplace, plenty of natural light, peaceful stay. The river view is accessible behind the building. The Troy downtown area is less than three miles away. There are seven other units available in the building for a larger party.Our units are not equipped to host any animals. We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units.

Irish-Inspired Hunt Box Retreat for Horse Lovers

Set on 38 acres, the home is influenced by Irish equestrians. Its owner Kelli spent time learning from some of the best horseman in Ireland who resided in their own “Hunt Box”or small living quarters connected directly to the barn. The large floor to ceiling windows allow you to experience watching the horses in their natural state. The space provides guests with the small, simple and beautiful moments of being an equestrian. This is an unforgettable experience like no other.
