Surrounded by 250 acres of landscaped gardens, woodland walks and only 5 minutes drive from the beach, this romantic hideaway is the perfect place to escape the every day.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

Two bedroomed cottage on the edge of Dartmoor. Loads of character, history and interest nearby. You will have the whole cottage to yourself. It is situated in the middle of Buckfastleigh, close to shops and facilities, to Dartmoor and Dartington and many other places of interest. There is a parking permit which allows for parking one vehicle in the local car parks, one of which is approx 100 yards from the cottage.

Totnes is a charming vibrant town filled with independent shops and restaurants, located in the heart of South Devon. A stones throw away from the River Dart located on a peaceful road, the cottage is an excellent base to explore the town, local coasts and the countryside, with lovely walks right on your door step.
