Woodbury Farm Holiday Cottages Tawny and Kestrel are 2 miles from the riverside town of Dartmouth. You’ll be in a quiet and peaceful, rural setting, but still very close to everything. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. Tawny and Kestrel cottage both sleep six, with two kingsize beds, one en-suite and a twin room sharing the family bathroom. Upstairs is the open plan-living, dining, kitchen area with vaulted ceiling, giving a light and airy space great for relaxing in.

Welcome to Mayflower Cottage, a charming 1800s retreat in the picture-perfect village of Blackawton, near Dartmouth. With a cozy wood burner, fully equipped kitchen, superfast broadband and a peaceful garden, it’s perfect for exploring the South Hams. Enjoy scenic walks from the doorstep and a well-stocked local shop. Pets and infants welcome. The local pub is temporarily closed but the Sportsmans Arms is only a 5min drive away. A true countryside escape with history, charm and community spirit!

Peaceful, rural, two bedroom converted barn

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Coop

The Coop is a luxurious, compact double en-suite room located just 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth. It features a super comfy bed, stunning wet room, honesty bar & access via a shared porch for easy self check in. Whilst the coop is a small double, it is perfect for light travellers looking for a bolt hole to explore the area. There is free on street parking available nearby and the town centre is an easy walk down the hill, but we would recommend a taxi or bus back up!!

LITTLE OWL: Enjoy jaw-dropping views over woodlands, and the crystal blue waters of Blackpool Sands Stay in our bespoke off-grid Little Owl Birdhouse with a private bathroom (both sit on a private deck). Enjoy access to the lovely Captains Cabin (communal kitchen) The blue flag beach with cafe is just a few mins walk away & quaint Stoke Fleming has a lovely pub, village shop, etc FYI: No wifi but 4G *if not available, search for Honey Buzzard or The Lookout - both part of WILDCOMFORT*
