Coastal Spice is a comfortable & clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom DOG FRIENDLY beach cottage ONLY a 4 minute walk from the magic white sands of Callala Beach. Backing onto bushland, you can enjoy the native birds and kangaroos. 7 guests (ideally no more than 4 adults and 3 children or 6 adults) can be accommodated. We would like to welcome you to Oksana's Studio which is a newly renovated space with modern furnishings and fixtures. It opens onto a large and private outdoor living area where you can relax taking in the rural vista while having a BBQ or sitting by the fire after exploring the local beaches and national parks. The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

Warrain Cottage

A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. It's perfect for a family, couple, or small group of friends. Air conditioning included.

JERVIS BAY STUDIO & SPA- walking distance to shops

My little guesthouse has been listed on Airbnb for 9 years now. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to shops/cafes/restaurants. Minutes to the beach. It boasts its own hot tub exclusively for guest use. I charge no cleaning fees which means my guests save big dollars. Other features include fire pit, outdoor kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine & Wifi. The yard is fully fenced and the property is per friendly.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

The Boudoir

Our guest room, though not vast, is designed for functionality and offers a wonderfully private and tranquil setting. Situated beneath our family home, it boasts stunning views of the natural Australian bush, thanks to our location backing onto a reserve. Just 150 meters away, you'll find the picturesque Collingwood Beach, with easy access to the scenic beachfront footpath that connects Huskisson and Vincentia.
