Stay right on wonderful Pett Level Beach in one of the original Coastguard's cottages, with direct access from the garden straight onto the sand. Recently modernised, the cottage has a super stylish open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and living areas and wood burning stove. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one has a double bed and sea view, the other can be made up either as a kingsize or as two single beds. Flexible space perfect for families or friends. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
