This townhome is located in the village area of St. Simons, walking distance from the pier. The complex has beautiful grounds with two large pools and a baby pool, two tennis courts, clubhouse, stocked lake and community grills. The clubhouse has a ping pong table, washers and dryers and a small fitness area with limited workout equipment.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful southside home w/ picturesque views of the sun setting over a beautiful lake & private dock! Weekly renters have free use of the golf cart driving on back roads through oak-lined streets (avoiding main roads & traffic) right to the beach and village less than 2 miles. You will love watching many coastal birds and fishing on this active marsh lake with the fish leaping. We provide 2 kayaks and fishing poles!
