Hello, I have a small but cosy 1 bedroom w/pull out sofa and mattress (bohemian style) in the Les Enfants Rouges in the 3rd arr. The apt is in a 300yo building, the unit can use a fresh coat of paint but everything is functional and clean. Perfect unit for 1 to 2 ppl, small printer, smart tv w/Netflix and Disney+, high-speed fibre optic wifi. Please note that this my home and I rent out occasionally. I am looking for mature professionals who will be respectful of my home and neighbours.
