Bike and hike along the Cape Cod Provincelands Trail. We have parking for 2 cars. Many guests park and walk everywhere. Some bring their bikes and or rent them. The town also has pedi-cabs which are fun - and there is also Uber and Lyft. It’s a breeze to get anywhere. Only an hour away from Boston, making it easy to plan your visit. Only a 5 minute walk to beautiful Sagamore beach, and easy hopping point if you’d like to go further down Cape Cod. 25 minutes from both Hyannis and Woods Hole to hop on the ferries to Nantucket / Martha’s Vineyard. 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store and 20 minutes from two hospitals. Feel free to make use of both of my paddle boards or my tandem, two-person kayak, which stays down at the beach in the summer for you!

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
