Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 1- Oct 15) & hot tub. This is a 3 bed (2 kings 1 queen) & 3 full bath condo. This is a single floor plan on the top floor. There are elevators at the condo.

Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).
