E’ separato dal mare da poche decine di scalini ed è a due passi da tutti i servizi (ristoranti, bar, supermercato, farmacia, etc.). L’appartamento è composto di due piani: Primo piano: living, bagno e camera da letto.Secondo piano: cucina e terrazzo. Nota: appartamento non ideale per persone con mobilità ridotta. A pochi passi dal mare, dalla via pedonale, dalla magica, famosa spiaggia La Ripa (gratuita). Nuotando si può vedere il Centro Storico. Bellissimo panorama in fondo alla strada. Gli ambienti sono climatizzati. L'appartamento è dotato di lenzuola, e di asciugamani. Romantici ristoranti e bar panoramici nelle vicinanze.
